Welcome to Brisa Do Mar's cooking classes, presented by Chef Ramses Alvarez! This is the second installment in our debut cooking class series: Persephone Travels the Mediterranean.
In this series, you will learn a broad variety of lessons pertaining to the art and inspiration going into creating the dishes we serve here at Brisa Do Mar. Expert in the culinary arts, Chef Ramses Alvarez will demonstrate techniques with tools and ingredients, as well as focusing on how to build your own confidence in the kitchen. There will be something for those at every skill level to take away from this class. From the opportunity to learn new skills with new tools in the kitchen, to a chance to sample the dishes, this is a treat that won't disappoint! Perfect for anyone looking to get out to meet fellow members of the community, and a wonderful setting for a special celebration or date.
Cuisines in class no. 2 include Wood-Roasted Pork Belly, and Chicken Provençale. As well as a dessert course - our Raspberry Financier - to conclude the demonstrations.

This third class will start with a demonstration of our Turkish Flatbread. Following that will be our Shrimp Diavolo. And the class will conclude with a dessert feature an Olive Oil Polenta cake with vino rojo pastry cream.
